At MyBikeBits, we pride ourselves on customer service, so if you buy a product from our online shop which subsequently needs to be returned, we’ll
provide you with a returns service that is totally hassle-free.
As long as you return your item in
its original unused, unfitted, undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase, we’ll be happy to receive it back in exchange for a refund.
Please note, you are still responsible for the item until it is safely in our receipt as we will not be able to refund or exchange items that have
been lost in transit.

Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if
they are opened. Any items that has been used, installed, worn, altered, fitted or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
Please note that we do not refund
any original shipping or handling fees that you may have paid with the original order.
Exchanges
Please note that you still will have
to pay return shipping for any exchanges.
Warranty return or exchange postal
costs will be refunded to you if your item is deemed to be a valid warranty claim.
